HELLO,

I’'m LOREN,

Philosophy & Approach

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, the body, and the nervous system. I guide people to reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally, and mentally - so they can navigate life with clarity, ease, and self-trust.

I believe that our experiences are not just held in the mind, but in the body, and that stress, grief, change, and overwhelm can impact our nervous system, energy, and overall sense of wellbeing.

Through Reiki, breathwork, meditation, and coaching, I help individuals gently release what no longer serves them, restore balance, and cultivate a deep sense of trust in themselves. This work is not about “fixing” - it’s about learning to listen to and support your body, mind, and spirit, so you can move through life with more awareness, joy, and resilience.

My INTENTION for life…

Breathe, feel the love, joy, and calm vibrate within each cell and give thanks to life’s moments and connections.

About Me…

Who I am…

I believe who we are is constantly evolving - a being of light, a soul exploring a human body, experiencing life’s opportunities on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. I see myself as both a teacher and a student in life, learning and growing in each moment.

I am a daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, friend, wife, teacher, and student of life.

What do I do in life…

I work holistically with people, guiding them to reconnect with themselves on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. My approach integrates coaching, yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing, helping you uncover what your body remembers, release old patterns, and restore a deep sense of trust and clarity.

I help you explore the connection between your nervous system, immune system, digestion, and energy, so you can understand how your body, mind, and emotions impact one another. Through this awareness, you learn to regulate stress, cultivate self-love, and navigate life with more ease, confidence, and embodied presence.

This work is not about “fixing” yourself — it’s about learning to listen, support, and nurture yourself, so you can move through life with greater peace, resilience, and alignment.

I empower individuals to overcome challenges, embrace their true selves, and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking for family and friends, exploring different food places and markets, and playing card games or table games, which fills me with joy. Practicing yoga, dancing, playing squash, and engaging in different exercises both energize and relax me. Walking and playing in nature nourish my heart and soul, while writing poems and colouring bring me peace and happiness. Journaling helps to clear my mind and sparks insight and reflection.

Why my work is important to me?

This work is deeply meaningful because I know what it’s like to feel out of alignment, overwhelmed, and unsure of who you are or where you’re going. I’ve navigated grief, major life transitions, illness, and the challenges of building a new life in different countries - experiences that have tested my resilience and pushed me to reconnect with myself in profound ways.

Through these experiences, I’ve learned the importance of listening to your body, honouring your emotions, and nurturing your nervous system. I’ve discovered that even in periods of uncertainty or discomfort, we can continue to try to create space for self-love, clarity, and growth.

By sharing these lessons and guiding others through their own journeys, I can help people reconnect with themselves, understand their mind-body connection, and move toward a life that feels aligned, grounded, and worthy. My work matters because it transforms challenges into opportunities for growth, healing, and empowerment - helping you cultivate resilience, self-trust, and a deeper sense of peace.

This work is vital because it helps individuals navigate these feelings, find clarity and peace, and ultimately reclaim their sense of worth and purpose.

Where do I work?

My Purpose

I work with clients via Google Meets from South Africa, Malawi, the United Kingdom, and other parts of the world. Additionally, you can subscribe to a library of yoga classes to practice from the comfort of your own home.

My purpose is to empower you to step into your journey exploring life’s experiences as opportunities. Each step you take, whether backward or forward, contributes to your growth. By creating space, inviting and embracing self-love, joy, connection and gratitude into your life, you embody greater self-worth, peace, softness, and calm.

My Approach…

My work sits at the intersection of the mind, body, and nervous system. I guide individuals to reconnect with themselves on every level - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually - helping them build self-worth, embrace self-love, and cultivate a life of balance, clarity, and purpose.

I believe that our experiences are not just in the mind - they are held in the body. Stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions can impact the nervous system, digestion, immune system, and overall sense of wellbeing. By developing awareness of your body, breath, and mind, we can begin to gently unwind these patterns, restore balance, and nurture resilience.

I combine a variety of modalities in a tailored, integrative approach:

  • Coaching: Explore beliefs, patterns, and emotional blocks to support personal growth and self-understanding.

  • Yoga-Inspired Movement: Use gentle, mindful movement to release tension, restore alignment, and reconnect with the body.

  • Breathwork & Meditation: Regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and cultivate clarity and presence.

  • Reiki & Energy Work: Support the subtle energy systems of the body to release old patterns and restore flow.

  • Awareness Practices: Journaling, reflection, and mindfulness to deepen insight and strengthen self-trust.

Together, these practices help you listen to your body, process your emotions, and navigate life with greater ease, confidence, and self-compassion. My approach is not about “fixing” yourself - it’s about empowering you to understand, nurture, and support your body and mind, so you can step into a life that feels authentic, aligned, and joyful.

Reconnect with yourself. Align your mind, body, and spirit. Step into your worth and joy.

Who I Work With…

I guide and support men and women on their journey of self-exploration and personal growth. My clients often come to me after facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, or difficulty connecting with themselves and others. Many are in mid-life, starting their careers, raising families, or seeking to navigate life with more clarity, balance, and purpose.

Through yoga-inspired movement, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and holistic coaching, I help individuals reconnect with their bodies and minds, embrace self-love, gratitude, and joy, and step into their own power. My work empowers them to transform their lives, build resilience, and cultivate fulfillment.

I have worked with a diverse range of people from different backgrounds, careers, and life experiences. Despite these differences, they often share similar struggles — feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from their own worth. My approach helps them find alignment, gentleness, and empowerment as they navigate life’s challenges.

Beliefs:

  • Every step we take, whether forward or backward, contributes to our growth.

  • We are exactly where we need to be in each moment; nothing is ever wasted.

  • By seeing, hearing, and feeling the love and joy in each moment, and embracing gratitude within it, we nurture fulfillment and connection.

  • We have the choice to make life happen the way we want to live it.

  • Being mindful of taking a breath and feeling patience is important, as sometimes when we want things to happen, it is not always the right timing.

  • By embracing love, joy, gratitude, and connection, and recognizing our own worth and deservingness, we nurture a fulfilling and balanced life.

  • Growth happens in baby steps; small steps lead to bigger transformations.

  • Life experiences, whether backward or forward, are opportunities for learning and self-discovery.

  • By listening to and supporting our body and mind, we cultivate resilience, self-trust, and inner peace.

  • Challenges, grief, and discomfort can become opportunities for healing, growth, and empowerment.

My Journey so far…

I visualize my life as a river, with each experience serving as a tributary shaping its course. My early years in Zimbabwe were filled with a sense of freedom - being outdoors, connected to nature, and surrounded by simple, grounded ways of living that quietly shaped my values and sense of presence. As I grew older, my voice began to soften, often lost in the currents of external expectations and the silent impact of childhood experiences and teenage bullying. These years introduced more turbulent waters, moments of self-doubt, anxiety, and feeling not enough, which began to shape how I related to myself and the world around me.

In my twenties, I experienced moments of awakening - a burst of flow that ignited my journey into conscious and spiritual living. It was a time of contrast, like waves of colour and darkness - depression and anxiety, happiness and joy, adventure and connection, love and confusion. There were moments of deep peace, confidence, and expansion, yet these were often followed by periods of stagnation, as unresolved experiences from my past surfaced. I found myself navigating feelings of not being enough, questioning my worth, and searching for clarity in who I was and where I was going. Despite the uncertainty, I remained devoted to practices that grounded me - meditation, journaling, yoga, dance, movement, nature, and energy work. Even when the river felt unpredictable, these practices became anchors, gently guiding me back to myself.

In my early thirties, the river began to change course. I started a new job at age 30, and for the first few years, I poured myself into work. By the fourth year, I began to feel burnout- high cortisol levels from the stress of my environment, long work hours, and the challenges of living in a third-world country were taking a toll on my body and nervous system. During my second year of working, I completed my first yoga teacher training. This experience became a lifeline, giving me tools to reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and nurture my nervous system. I began to explore breathwork, meditation, and movement practices more deeply, learning how these tools could help release stress, build resilience, and create space for self-reflection. At the same time, I made a conscious decision to face my fears and step into life more fully. I jumped out of a plane, went scuba diving, traveled through seven countries in Africa, journeyed solo to Thailand, embraced veganism/vegetarianism, and gave up nicotine and alcohol for a period. Each adventure was a tributary feeding my river, teaching me courage, presence, and awareness. I left my job and launched my own business at 34. This new venture was exciting, there was more time and space for me to go deeper with reflection on my relationship with myself. I spent time letting go of early life trauma, anger, anxiety, grief, shame, and feelings of not belonging. Through journaling, meditation, movement, breathwork, affirmations, gratitude, and self-compassion, I began to surrender to the flow of life and cultivate self-love, acceptance, and peace. I truly felt I was living in my true self…

Life started to flow more smoothly as I healed from emotionally abusive relationships - with others and, most importantly, with myself. I found my voice, developed stability, and reshaped the river of my life into a stronger, more resilient current. Each bend and curve became a testament to resilience and growth, showing that even the most turbulent waters can lead to calm, clarity, and strength. Through this ongoing journey, I’ve learned that we all have the power to transform our rivers. Who we are is constantly changing, just like a river, and by embracing the flow of life with courage, grace, and self-awareness, we can navigate challenges while cultivating purpose, presence, and empowerment.

My river felt on a course, honing in more to exploring safety, digestion and the feeling of wellness in my body, building self-worth, setting firm boundaries, exploring abundance, and continuing to love and accept myself. I am learning to shift the way I use my voice in different situations and fully embrace gratitude. Life has shifted into a phase of sacrifice, parallel to an oxbow of the river, where I work within my purpose but in an environment that feels extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Despite feeling stuck and anxious, with my nervous system out of sync and a desire to return to my river’s path in my own business, I recognize that the oxbow is part of the river’s journey. This period is proving invaluable as it provides the financial support needed to fully dedicate myself to my business and shape its future direction with an amazing Spiritual Business Coach. I also thought that it would be assisting me in starting my own family and deepening my self-understanding, all while working with an Integrated Counselor to continue letting go of past challenges. I am excited for the next part of my river’s path - marriage, a big move overseas, and rebranding and living my purpose helping you step into your journey of building your self worth and embodying love, joy and connection with gratitude.

All the excitement disappeared - this past year brought a river of challenges unlike any before. I celebrated love and connection through my wedding, yet faced deep grief with the passing of my Gran, a close friend and a part of me. I moved countries twice - clearing, selling, reboxing, and sending my life to Germany to be with my husband, navigating the legal and emotional complexities of relocation. Alongside this, I experienced personal loss, illness, and isolation, navigating a new country without a support network and facing moments where life did not feel fully aligned with my values and who I am. At times, this year felt like I have been living a life that didn’t fully reflect who I am - a bitter pill to swallow.

Now, my river has to finding new direction. I am exploring what it means to feel safe in my body, to support my nervous system, to rebuild my sense of self-love and worth, and to live with greater awareness and presence. I am learning what setting boundaries means again, to hear what myself needs even though it sometimes feels like I can’t hear anything, and to try honour both where I am and where I am being guided. Each bend in my river - each challenge, loss, and moment of stillness - is shaping and will shape who I am becoming. I believe it will deepen my compassion, strengthen my resilience, and remind me that even in the most turbulent waters, there is always the possibility of growth, clarity, and a return to self. Sometimes it is just being in the turbulent and trying your hardest not to fight the turbulence.

“I am open and receptive to all the good and abundance in the Universe.”

A favourite poem of mine - seeing, hearing and feeling emotions, inviting them in for a cup of tea and then let them leave.

The Guest House

by Rumi

This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice.
meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

Be grateful for whatever comes.
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.
