With a focus on breath, gentle movement, and awareness, I guide you to move in a way that supports your nervous system and overall wellbeing.
This is not about pushing or performing, but about listening, feeling, and moving with intention.

The online class library offers a collection of yoga practices that you can return to whenever you need - supporting you to create a consistent and flexible practice from home.
With a variety of classes to suit different needs and energy levels, you can choose what feels right for you in each moment - whether that’s gentle movement, grounding, or a more energising flow.
